Yes. Voicemail can be accessed and configured both through the Customer Portal and directly from your phone. Dial *97 to access your voicemail directly from your VoIP.ms extension. If calling from an external number, dial your DID number and press * when voicemail answers.

You can call any phone number, including mobile phones, landlines, and other VoIP numbers worldwide. Calls to PSTN (traditional) numbers are routed through VoIP.ms’s carrier network and billed at the destination’s per-minute rate.

Yes. VoIP.ms allows you to change the billing plan (Per Minute or Flat Rate) of your US and Canadian DID numbers at any time through the Customer Portal, without needing to contact support. Note that plan changes can be made once per month, and some number types (international, toll-free) may not be eligible.

No. The minimum payment (deposit) for using VoIP.ms services is $15 USD. This credit does not expire and remains available until depleted through use of the service.

Yes. Your DID is your inbound phone number, but you can also use it as your outbound Caller ID when making outbound calls. Outbound calling uses your main account or sub-account credentials configured in your device.

Yes. You can set a custom Caller ID number in your Account Settings or per sub-account. The number must be a valid number per NANPA or ITU-T E.164 standards. Caller ID delivery is guaranteed on the Premium route but not always guaranteed on the Value route.
